Chocolate nut butter thick shake

Ingredients :

– 1 cup of coconut water

– 1/2 cup of soaked cashews (4hrs +)

– 1 large frozen banana

– 1 Tb of Mayvers super seed spread OR almond / peaunut butter

– 1 Tb of raw cacao powder

– 1 Tb of vanilla protein

– 1 Tb of lacuma powder (optional)

– 1 Tb of mesquite powder (optional)

– 1 hand full of ice

Method :

Blend in a high powered blender till just smooth.

I topped mine with raw cacao nibs for an extra antioxidant hit.
