Almost all kids love bliss balls, and they make a quick and easy snack to pack on the go. However there is a lot of “nut free” environments now days so ive tweeked my bliss ball recipe to make it school friendly.
- 1 C of organic desicated coconut
- 1/2 cup of sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- 3 T of raw cacao powder
- 5 fresh dates
- 2 T of coconut oil
- Pinch of pink salt
- 1-2 T of water
